The Brief:
To manufacture ten tarmac laying units for use in Africa to lay down roads to assist in the development of a simple road network between villages, and to link to primary routes.

Summary:
The ten units were fully built in PEC’s Bristol factory, and shipped on time to the end user in Africa.

Prior to despatch, the units were fully inspected and passed for shipment. The project was completed within deadline and within budget.
