The Brief:
To manufacture various pressure tested pipework sections for Columbian Chemicals within a short lead-time to meet their shutdown schedule.

Summary:
Materials used included Abro for the steam generation sections, and 304 Grade Stainless Steel for other areas.

The completed sections were subjected to NDT, including dye penetrant testing and pressure testing. Installation was completed by the client, with no joining or leakage problems encountered.

Delivery to the client was achieved on time and within budget.
